Goals for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Create a work environment where employees feel secure
Ensure employees feel appreciated and know their voice matters
Encourage diversity of thought through open conversations and ongoing engagement
Strengthen our diverse workforce and further develop it through employee recruitment

There is still much ground to cover in the quest to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive society. But each day, we work to take another step in that direction. One Inc celebrates the progress of our partners and clients, and we recognize the achievements we’ve made along the way as well.

Some of our highlights include:

Investing in an intern program with recruitment efforts across a diverse range of markets and educational institutions
Hiring over 50% of our interns from the program
Supporting organizations that champion DE&I initiatives and values, such as becoming a PayTech Women Corporate Sponsor
Providing paid paternal leave, not just maternal leave, when families welcome new members
Facilitating cultural sensitivity training for managers and manager trainees
Developing a companywide give-back program for community volunteerism
Partnering with minority organizations to recruit and hire individuals from minority groups
