He has over 25 years of international, multi-location and remote leadership experience in setting strategic direction for operations; professional services; contact centers; distribution; relationship management; customer experience; quality control; training; career-pathing; workforce planning; business process outsourcing; and digital transformation initiatives.
Damian is also an entrepreneur, investing in fintech, the fitness industry, and real-estate, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, martial artist, crossfitter & actor who enjoys a balance of traveling & spending time with his wife and three children on their farm.
