Clarissa O’Connell serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at One Inc, where she oversees HR and aligns human capital strategies with business performance. With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, she brings a proven track record of scaling high-growth global organizations and building dynamic, people-first cultures. Her expertise ensures that workforce initiatives provide the foundational support necessary for rapid corporate growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining One Inc, Clarissa served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sonar, acting as the company’s first senior HR executive. There, she established essential global HR programs and helped more than double the company’s headcount in less than 24 months. Before Sonar, she was Senior Vice President of People at ClearDATA, where she led talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, DE&I efforts, and broader people operations during a period of significant organizational evolution. Earlier in her career, she built and scaled the HR function to support global growth at Care.com and held senior HR leadership roles at Microsoft, guiding complex, high-performing organizations through transformation and scale.

Clarissa holds multiple professional certifications in human resources, leadership development, and talent management from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the American Management Association (AMA).
