Bryan Thompson

Bryan Thompson serves as Chief Technology Officer at One Inc, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and execution across engineering, platform, data, and infrastructure. With over 30 years of experience in fintech and SaaS, Bryan is recognized for his expertise in building scalable software platforms and driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence.

Before joining One Inc, Bryan was CTO at 8am (formerly AffiniPay), one of the nation’s largest practice management and financial services platforms for legal and accounting professionals. During his tenure, he spearheaded the company’s expansion into SaaS, led multiple acquisitions, and oversaw large-scale platform modernization. Prior to that, Bryan served as CTO at Heartland Payment Systems, where he led the development and modernization of merchant services and payment solutions for businesses across industries including restaurant, retail, petroleum, and education. Earlier in his career at EDS, Bryan built expertise in high-volume transaction processing—experience that aligns with One Inc’s mission to process complex insurance payments securely, reliably, and at scale. 

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
