Ian Drysdale

 As CEO since 2021, Ian has led One Inc to become the leading digital payments network in the insurance industry, delivering sustained, high growth performance at scale. Under his leadership, One Inc has grown revenue at a 51% compound annual rate, increased payment volume more than sixfold to $114 billion by 2025, and consistently advanced innovation, reliability, and client value for insurers and their policyholders. 

Named one of the top CEOs in Insurtech in 2025, Ian brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience from major payments platforms, including Zelis, Elavon, and WorldPay. Under his leadership, One Inc recapitalized in April 2024 with Nordic Capital joining Great Hill Partners as co-lead investors at a unicorn valuation, more than five times greater than in 2020.

Before joining One Inc, Ian was Executive in Residence at Great Hill Partners, focused on investments and advisory in the financial technology sector. He holds a BA from Bishop’s University in Canada and an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
