Celina Insurance Group Selects One Inc as Payment Processing, Reconciliation and Customer Retention Partner

Ohio-based mutual carrier consolidates payment platform to offer an improved user experience, increase customer retention and streamline internal processes

Celina Insurance Group, a U.S. Property/Casualty (P&C) Insurance Company, and One, Inc., the leading provider of cloud-based insurance software, today announced that Celina Insurance Group has selected ProcessOne® to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation, ContactOne™ to increase policy retention, and PortalOne™ to enable multi-device access to payment information.

One, Inc.’s market-leading payments platform—developed specifically for the insurance industry—will enable Celina Insurance Group to improve data security, streamline internal processes, and improve customer service, which will help them control costs, retain current customers, and increase new business.

Once implemented, ProcessOne, ContactOne, and PortalOne will allow Celina Insurance Group to:

  • Enhance the satisfaction of their customer with the convenience of inbound Interactive Voice Response (IVR) with the ability to make a payment by phone.
  • Offer improved payment features including storing credit cards for reuse and recurring credit card payments.
  • Enhance the payment experience for their customers via customized payment portals that can be accessed via computer, tablet or mobile phone.
  • Enhance the daily cash reconciliation process; and
  • Reduce the cost of credit card processing and scope of PCI compliance, to reduce data security concerns.
