One Inc Announces Two-Way Technology Partnership with Insuresoft

Expands Integrations Between One Inc’s Digital Payments Platform for Both Inbound Premium Payments and Outbound Claims Payments

FOLSOM, Calif. – June 24, 2021One Inc, a digital payments platform provider for insurance companies and managing general agencies (MGAs), today announced a new partnership with Insuresoft, a leading provider of mission-critical core systems for the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, to expand integrations between One Inc’s digital payments platform for both inbound premium payments and outbound claims payments.

Insuresoft serves P&C insurers and MGAs with mission-critical core systems—most notably its flagship product Diamond, a digital insurance platform comprised of policy, billing, claims, data and analytics capabilities that processes more than $3 billion of both commercial and personal lines and P&C insurance premiums annually. Serving over 50 clients across all 50 states for more than 20 years, Diamond is one of the industry’s most trusted insurtech solutions, and continues to innovate and automate the processing of insurance transactions.

“We’re excited for the human-centered speed and scale benefits that our new partnership with One Inc will provide for our clients,” said Josh Hall, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Insuresoft. “In an increasingly competitive environment for insurers, we look forward to working with the One Inc team to raise awareness about the many new areas for increased efficiency and to ultimately disrupt legacy insurance operations altogether.”

The partnership will offer carriers out-of-the-box integration of One Inc’s digital payments solution with the Insuresoft Diamond platform, resulting in more efficient implementation, reduced costs and increased time to value. The partnership will tap into One Inc’s client roster of 185 independent insurers and MGAs—following an active first half of the year for the company as carriers of all sizes as well as insurtechs take measure of their claims payment operations and look to keep pace in a digitally-focused post-pandemic environment.

“We’re excited to offer our users an added layer of processing and data benefits with Insuresoft,” said Christopher W. Ewing, founder and CEO of One Inc. “As One Inc continues to grow at a rapid pace, we look forward to partnering with innovators across the insurance ecosystem to improve customer experience across the payments value chain.”

One Inc and Insuresoft share a number of customers that will immediately benefit from its integrated solutions, including 4 new customers so far this year.
