This expansion will allow One Inc to provide local support for its more than 240 existing U.S. customers and continue to grow in the American market. The company, which initially hired 30 employees in 2022 to staff the first office, is in the process of adding 50 more employees for the second Knoxville location, bringing its total global footprint to over 660 employees.
The Knoxville office will focus on addressing the customer service and technical support needs for One Inc’s clients. Open collaborative workspaces will be available for all employees along with training rooms for onsite professional development.
