One Inc Ranked ‘Best in Class’ in Latest Insurtech Research From Aite-Novarica

Consultancy finds One Inc leading the pack in the insurance payments landscape

Folsom, Calif.—September 30, 2021 — One Inc, the leading digital payment network to the insurance industry, today announced new research affirming its leadership position in the outbound insurance claims disbursements vendor space, following publication of the recent Aite Matrix: P&C Nonbank Disbursements Platforms research rankings, produced by respected consultancy Aite-Novarica Group (ANG). The company has been named best-in-class across a matrix that examined vendor stability, client strength, client service, and product features among nine competing fintech and insurtech providers.

The research findings examined a wide range of capabilities and attributes associated with outbound claims processing and payments. Categorizing One Inc as “Best in Class”, ANG highlighted One Inc’s dexterity as an insurance claims payment solutions expert, along with platform strengths including payment processing, digital customer engagement tools, customer portals, and tokenization.

“A modern approach to digital payments has become critical for insurers in the last few years. Insurers are looking for a robust payments technology combined with insurance domain knowledge from their vendor partner,” said Michael Trilli, the report’s author and Director of Insurance at Aite-Novarica Group. “Key insurer needs include automated processing across a range of use cases such as multiparty payments and two-way, inbound-outbound payment processing. One Inc emerged as the Best in Class in this report for their capabilities in these areas as well as the strength of their client base.”

The new research comes as One Inc continues to scale its capacity, creating new partnerships and stacking up client wins from across the insurance landscape—whether small regional carriers or disruptive app-based challengers, alongside some of insurance’s most recognizable names.

“The timing of this research really serves to illuminate the vast opportunity for next-generation insurance claims payments adoption, as well as the challenge it offers to new entrants, and we are honored to be recognized in this way,” said Ian Drysdale, One Inc CEO. “We were very impressed by Aite-Novarica’s diligence and engagement with our platform. This result is a testament to our vision for modernizing the insurance industry, and I would like to acknowledge the technologists, our product teams, and everyone at One Inc who continues to push the envelope and redefine what is possible in our industry.”
